One of the objectives of the IRA AstroCeNT is to improve the skills of employees through their participation in various trainings.
In February and March 2022, AstroCeNT team members took part in a certified training on PRINCE2 project management methodology.
PRINCE2 is a project management approach based on organizing and controlling the entire project from start to finish. This means careful planning of the project before the start, a clear organization of all stages of the process and the urgent elimination of all defects before the project is completed.
The leaders of the research groups and administrative staff who took part in the training use the knowledge gained to improve the level of coordination of all projects implemented within the framework of AstroCeNT.
The training was co-financed from AstroCeNT and DarkWave grants.
