Biography

Sarthak Choudhary is a Doctoral Researcher at AstroCeNT, Nicolaus Copernicus Astronomical Center.

He studies optical properties of wavelength shifters and SiPM detectors to be used in dark matter detectors.

Sarthak worked as a Junior Research Fellow at Indian Institute of Astrophysics, Bangalore where he studied X-ray emission from solar flares. At UR Rao Satellite Centre of Indian Space Research Organization, research group developed and tested ultra thin multi-coated mirrors for future soft X-ray telescopes.
