Katarzyna Szyniszewska

For nearly 20 years, Katarzyna Szyniszewska has been supporting research institutions and non-governmental organizations in the effective acquisition and implementation of both national and international projects – from the conceptual stage to final reporting. She specializes in research funding programs of the European Commission, such as Horizon Europe and H2020, as well as national programs like those of the National Science Centre (NCN). Previously, she worked at the University of Warsaw, where she was responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring complex research projects, supporting research teams in preparing grant proposals, and developing cooperation with funding institutions.

Katarzyna has extensive experience in budget planning, risk analysis, partnership management, and reporting. She has collaborated with the National Science Centre (NCN), the National Centre for Research and Development (NCBR), the Ministry of Education and Science, the European Commission, and civil society organizations implementing projects in the areas of migration, human rights, and civic education.

She holds a degree in social sciences, thinks strategically, acts systemically, and effectively brings stakeholders together around common goals.
